Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?+
Appointments are recommended so Dominga can set aside enough time for your service, but walk-ins are welcome whenever the schedule allows. Call ahead to check same-day availability.
What should I bring to a color consultation?+
Inspiration photos are always welcome. If you're covering gray, going lighter, or correcting a previous color, come with clean, dry hair when possible so Dominga can see your natural base.
How far in advance should I book for a wedding or event?+
For quinceañeras, weddings, and other special-occasion styling, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead — especially during spring and summer.
Do you offer consultations before a major color change?+
Yes. For big transformations or color correction, a short in-person consultation helps set realistic expectations and timing before your full appointment is booked.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so that time can be offered to another client.
Do you carry retail hair products?+
Yes — professional haircare products are available in the shop. Ask Dominga for recommendations suited to your hair type and color.
